Do I have to pay import taxes or VAT ?

As COzero International is based within the EU, customers within the EU will not pay any import taxes. VAT is calculated and included at checkout.

The same is true for Norwegian customers as all orders from Norway are handled through our Norwegian subsidiary. No import duties or additional VAT will have to be payed - everything is calculated and included at checkout.

For international customers outside EU and Norway import taxes and VAT may be added by local customs authorities and will vary by country. Do note that declared value is usually lower than retail price, which keeps VAT and import taxes at a minimum if they are applied.

  • European Union - All taxes and VAT are calculated and included at checkout. If you have a business in the EU and provide a valid EU VAT at checkout, no VAT will be added.
  • Norway - All taxes and VAT are calculated and included at checkout.
  • Rest of world - No VAT is added at checkout. Customs charges will vary by country.
When will my order be delivered?

All orders are processed within 24 hours/next business day by our logistics partners.

We cooperate with all major couriers including UPS, FedEx and DHL. All orders are shipped with tracking enabled - you will receive tracking information separately by email as soon as your order has been processed.

Are your products covered by warranty?

All our products are covered by a 2 year factory warranty.

We will arrange replacement and return shipping of any defect products, or reimburse you if you arrange shipping by your self.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy in place for all our products.

For returns you will have to cover shipping costs. There is no restocking fee, but we do ask that returned products are unused and in their original packaging including all accessories when returned.
